Sam's Chicken Marinade
Simple Quick Kebab
- 600grams of diced chicken breast, thigh, or a mix of both.
- A Tbsp Sam's Kitchen Chicken Marinade
Mix a tablespoon of my marinade with the diced chicken. Spray a little vegetable oil over a hot plate or fry pan and stir while cooking until golden and juice must runs clear.
Shish Kebab
Cut the chicken breast in to a large cubes(25mm), marinate and cook as above add chicken to bamboo skewers (soak it in the water first) capsicum, onions & veggies of your choice, may be some fruit to (pineapple, orange, apple Etc). Place on grill (best over charcoal) turn until veggies cooked.
Chicken Marinade Serving Suggestions
Traditional way is, plate full of your choice of salad and rice. Place over the rice the freshly cook diced chicken / Shish kebabs (with on the skewers) or reheated cook diced chicken / Shish kebabs then, side of the salad or over the chicken, hummus, yoghurt, satay sause etc...

Fry pan cooking instruction
form a small patty using a tablespoon. With another spoon pack and clean the edges then slide the patty gently into a fry pan with a little hot vegetable oil. Cook both sides until golden brown (about minute each side).
Deep fry cooking instruction
by using spring action ice cream scoop is the easy way the make Falafel bolls.
With back of the tablespoon pack it well and clean the edges and gently release

Brown the pita or Lebanese bread on the hot plate or fry pan with spray or brush oil (olive, soya or vegetables), place fine cut lettuce , slice onions/tomato on the bread crash or cut Falafel pieces over it then the choice of sauces including; Yoghurt/garlic, satay, tomato maybe some chili to. Roll it tight and serve.
